What’s a Node?

  • You license one node for each monitored device, system, or cloud service.
  • Each node includes one interface license by default.

What’s an Interface?

  • A network port on a monitored SNMP device.
  • Interfaces let you monitor bandwidth, traffic, errors, discards, and link status.
  • You only add extra interfaces if you need to monitor beyond what’s included.
